Double Lock External Serration Ties

Smooth-sided cable ties rely on a single locking barb, and on soft insulation or round bundles they can slip or loosen with vibration. The HS-DT double-lock series solves both problems at once: a double-locking head creates two locking paths inside the head, while outside serrations along the tie body bite gently into the bundle.

Because the serrations sit on the outside of the strap, they minimize indentation and damage to delicate cable insulation - unlike inside-serration ties that drag their teeth across the conductor side. The parallel fill entry guides the strap straight into the head for an enhanced fit around circular bundles.

Molded in Nylon 66 rated UL 94V-2 with an operating range of -40°C to +85°C, the series comes in 250 mm and 300 mm lengths with a 9 mm band, both rated for 120 lbs (550 N) minimum tensile strength. Natural and UV black are standard; special colors on request.
