Extra Heat Stabilized Cable Ties (PA46)
PA4,6 grade rated +195°C for 500 h / +150°C for 5000 h - the extreme-temperature choice.
When the heat is too much for standard or even heat-stabilized nylon, the HS-EHT series steps in. Molded from Polyamide 4,6 (PA46), these ties survive +195°C for 500 hours and +150°C for 5000 hours - performance that keeps automotive, railway and white-goods assemblies together through years of heat exposure.
PA46 is a well-established material in demanding sectors because it keeps its mechanical strength where other nylons soften and creep. That makes these ties the right call for engine bays, turbo surroundings, oven wiring, industrial ovens and any location where prolonged heat is the rule rather than the exception.
Natural color, UL94V-2 rated, supplied in 100-piece packs or custom quantities - with full material test documentation available on request.
