Heat Stabilized Cable Ties
Heat-stabilized Nylon 66 rated to +130°C for motors, coils and engine compartments.
Standard nylon ties soften and lose grip near hot motors and coils. The HS-HT series answers that with a heat-stabilized Nylon 66 formulation rated for continuous operation from -40°C to +130°C - a full 45°C beyond the standard grade.
The heat-stabilized compound resists the long-term thermal aging that makes ordinary nylon brittle, so ties installed inside motors, transformers, ovens and engine compartments hold their tensile strength year after year. Six standard sizes from 80 mm to 300 mm, with tensile ratings up to 50 lbs, cover most high-temperature routing jobs out of the box.
The light-green natural color makes the heat-stabilized grade instantly identifiable on the assembly line - a small detail that prevents mix-ups between standard and high-temperature stock in the warehouse. UL certified, packed in 100s or custom quantities.
