Saddle Tie Mounts
Screw-mount saddle bases in four sizes (HS-STW-1-B to 2-C) that hold heavy-duty cable ties up to 9.0 mm wide - Nylon 66, UL 94V-2, natural or UV black.
Saddle tie mounts are low-profile screw-down bases for routing wire bundles across panels, chassis and enclosure walls where adhesive backing is not strong enough. The saddle wing cradles the tie head, so the bundle is held by the full tensile rating of the tie rather than by the mount.
Four sizes cover the range: the 1-series (HS-STW-1-B / 1-C) accepts heavy-duty cable ties up to 5.0 mm wide, and the 2-series (HS-STW-2-B / 2-C) takes ties up to 9.0 mm wide. C-series versions use a larger screw hole (4.5 / 6.3 mm) for thicker fixing screws. Installation is a single screw - no special tools.
Molded from UL-approved Nylon 66 rated UL 94V-2 with an operating range of -40°C to +85°C. Natural (white) and UV black are standard; special colors on request. Packed 100 pcs per bag or bulk.
