Realible Wire Connectors Series

The wire connector connects the wire to the device, connects the two parts of the wire, and allows the wire to be disconnected quickly. Butt joint connectors can form straight joints. C-tap compression connectors are used for electrical pigtails and bidirectional splicing. Fork terminals can be quickly connected or removed from the screw connection. The lug compression connector slides to the end of the wire to connect the wire to the circuit. The disconnection of the motor leads allows the motor to be replaced without bolting or wiring. Pin terminals connect wires to terminal blocks. The ring terminal uses bolts or screws that pass through the ring to firmly connect the wires to the device. Open bolt connectors have a bolt and a nut. When connecting the ends of two sections of copper wire, they form a strong connection. The two-way compression connector insulates the wire joints while maintaining high connectivity. Wire disconnection allows the wire to be quickly disconnected from the device. If the wires are loose, arcing and overheating may occur, resulting in fire. However, due to reliable connectors and terminals, it is easy to make safe and secure connections.

Our wire connectors are designed to connect two or more wires together, including closed connectors, quick connector, stranded wire connectors, pigtail connectors, fast sliding t-tap connectors, etc. All our connectors can withstand a maximum voltage of 600 volts, and have obtained UL certification and CSA certification.

Wire Connector Classification

  • According to the installation site, it can be divided into two types: indoor and outdoor.
  • According to the production and installation materials, it can be divided into heat shrinkable type (the most commonly used one), dry bag type, epoxy resin casting type and cold shrinkable type.
  • According to the core material, it can be divided into copper core power cable head and aluminum core power cable head.

Its main function is to smooth the line, keep the cable sealed, and ensure the insulation level at the cable joint so that it can operate safely and reliably. If the seal is not good, not only will the oil leak cause the oil-impregnated paper to dry out, but also the moisture will invade the inside of the cable, which will reduce the insulation performance of the paper
